By 2026 the question for any serious builder was no longer whether to use AI, but whether the intelligence lived on the surface as a feature or underneath as the foundation. The durable companies were the ones rebuilding the ground, not decorating it.
Every proof pointed the same way. Reasoning over a body of knowledge. Deciding inside a dense rules domain. Working live inside a conversation. Different surfaces, one engine underneath.
So in 2026 I stopped treating it as a set of projects and started treating it as the foundation, the layer that reads the data, weighs the factors, verifies its own work, and reasons before a person has to decide. Everything I build across industries now stands on that ground.
This is the operating system for intelligence. It has been in the making since a program loaded off cassette tape, and it is only now possible. The interesting part still has not happened. That is exactly why I am still here.
